		<description>This is a great post, not just for managers but for anyone in any kind of leadership role. Good teamwork has a strong foundation of honesty as well, allowing members to admit weaknesses to request strengths from others (going both ways on the pyramid). Glad that while I don&#039;t work at CM any more I can steal harvest your tidbits of knowledge, mwahahaha!</description>
