Alex wanted a beach day. And beach day we had.

Ah, there’s nothing like waking up on a sunny day. Even better, there’s nothing like clean underwear.
After a hearty breakfast, we made an effort to do two things:
Book a dinner cruise (they’re usually fun)
Book a luau (same reason)
We slept last night with the sliding door to the balcony open (with the screen door closed) and the air conditioning off. A bit humid, but wow, does one feel better with fresh air in your lungs.
I honestly don’t think I’ve slept so well in … months.
Oy. This vacation is not off to a good start.
