Stress is believed to trigger BEB although it is not the cause...stress reduction helps the symptoms although it is not a cure. Long, restful sleep helps me the most..as does peace and quite...hard to find at times. Keeping life simple helps when nothing else seems to; not the multple botox injections every 3 months not even the Klonipin at bedtime can compare with just rest and peaceful environment.
